Since the above solution is inaccurate and no longer valid I recommend using the seed ResortToughOverseas and StellaClub's guide for The Hellhorned achievement. Took me about 20 minutes to complete the run and it was very easy. Upgrade Dante with quick, get some extra damage cards and some imp-related cards and you shouldn't have much trouble.
