The Forrest is the easiest place to get this one done. Progress normally trying to capture a rare monster and use his boosts. If you need some extra coins to use him you can play MP or go back and play the earlier levels. (also helping evolve 200) I used a monster named Choochoo as he had two points multipliers and bubble up
