When climbing the giant robots with the missing link, you'll encounter turrets.
Hit them 2 or 3 times with an X or Y attack and then press B to jump on top of them.
Win the QTE (by smashing X several times and then hit a random button) and you'll destroy it.
Do it on 10 turrets and you're done.
(You'll get the "Cowboy Master" achievement by doing it 30 times)

You can get this achievement in Chapter 1, in the final (8th) scene. You'll be playing as The Missing Link in this scene. Go through the scene, following the instructions, and you'll get the achievement after rodeo-killing ten turrets.
To do this, you go to the turrets, damage them, and then press B on them. You'll then need to press X a lot of times to damage them, then you'll have to do a quicktime event button press, which will be either Y, A, or B. Press it correctly to get the kill on that enemy and have it count towards the achievement.
