When going for the first few challenges, I found this achievement very, very easy to get. If you haven't got it by the end of Chapter 1, I recommend going to Challenges 2 & 3 in the DNA Lab, and working on the gold medals for B.O.B. and Ginormica. However, if this still doesn't work, just replay the first three missions in Chapter 1, until this achievement pops.
