How to unlock the My Thumb Hurts achievement in Monsters vs Aliens - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you need to score 5 million points. Also, you'll get this while working toward; Solution for Be my Guest In Monsters vs Aliens
From the main menu select; "Scenes" and then select; "23: More Aliens".
You play through the level as normal until you reach a certain point, at this point a machine will continually spawn enemies until you destroy it, luckily for us you also have a machine that can kill these enemies with ease. Just don't destroy the machine that is spawning them and you can keep racking up the DNA particles here.

This is a cumulative achievement, meaning that your total score in all 24 levels of the game is used to get to this goal. Going back to individual chapters and getting a better score there will increase your overall total if you didn't make it to this goal when you beat the game. For faster results, try to play in co-op since the score for both players is combined there.
