This achievement is for dying less than 10 times throughout the entire game.
The simplest way to ensure that you get this is to simple exit to the dashboard if you die and try again from the last save point. B.O.B and the Missing Link have save points at interim points in their scenes so you may start in the middle of the scene. Ginormica's mission must be done in whole as they have no interim save points, use the allowed death on her levels if necessary.

do i have to exit to dashboard before i Die, in the moment i die, or can i exit after i die?
I mean did the game recognize that i died or counts it at the end of the level?

does it count if you die while you play one of the mini games from the red DNA pieces?
