Start or go in the "High Tribe" and talk to Dumuzi at the North of the village (in the temple). At the camp, talk to her and it will unlock the achievement plus a new skin. (Doesn't work if you play Dumuzi)

Don't know why but it didn't unlock for me.
Edit: you need to finish the run (after final boss) to unlock it at the "stellar hq".
