In the area Baba Yaga is you should find a cat, feed him and later he will visit your camp and teach you how to talk to animals.

Talk to the cat, THEN interact with the Baba Yaga house and choose "Demand". Talk to the girl (might not be necessary). At camp, DO NOT choose to cook... anything else is apparently okay. When given the option, choose "Invite". Achievement will pop at the end of the game when you're back at the constellation map.
