First, you need to find and catch these three fish:
Name fish: Location - Lure | Type - Size - Depth - Weather || extra info
Beansprout Shark: Broken Glaciers - Spinner | Strong - Large - Deep - All || Spinner lure + Strong rod
Gingerbread Barracuda: Icy Wall - Plug | Agile - Large - ? - ? || Plug lure + Poise rod
Fairy Shrimp: Astral Clouds - Jig | Poise - Small - Deep - All || Lobster trap or fishing net
Once you have caught one of each, submit the fish to Marina in the aquarium using the magnifying glass icon (press
) to research them and unlock the achievement.

Fairy shrimp - I tried for hours in every section of astral clouds with jig lure | poise rod equipped and used lobster traps all times of day. All levels of deepness
The only time I ever actually caught one of these was specifically in "ivory dawn" with multi lure | strong rod | low grade bait using lobster traps in the morning in deep water
I've no idea if equipping rod and lure even matter for lobster traps. But did it anyway

@HeppyyppeH Yeah, some shrimps/lobsters are particularly hard to catch. This was one of my last ones as well. I repeatedly put all my traps all over Astral Clouds and slept in the boat until I finally caught one. I don't think rod and lure matter, maybe not even low- or high-grade bait but I alternated these. Just a matter of patience.
