How to unlock the Gotta Go fast! achievement in Moonlighter - Definitive Guide
nothing is kept forward except your money for the new game, you can keep your old sword wich you will soon need to replace.
I completed the whole game in 1h27, focusing on finding the main part to upgrade my armor and sword, once i got one of each, went to the vendor to buy the missing parts. which mean I was able to complete floor two, set a checkpoint, upgraded all my gear, and buying health upgrade to be prepared for the boss battle. then went back to the dungeon, taking the straightest route to the boss,
i was left with almost nothing in the end, except what i did sell in the shop (through the assistant) so it's a must to have at least 30'000'000 in the bank while starting !
But with the banker, going from 8 to 30 is actually not so much of a stretch.
It's approximately 4 weeks to sleep and invest as you can get at Max ~140% of your deposit.
You could probably get this on your first play through the game if you don't worry too much about getting the "Perfect..." achievements. You will need to spend some time in each dungeon getting cash to upgrade your gear to be able to beat the mini-bosses and final boss of each dungeon, but you could easily do the first two dungeons in 2-3 hours and then the amount of money you get starts to skyrocket so the final dungeons would only take 1-2 hours each. You could possible finish the final dungeon in less than an hour.
**Missable**
This should not be difficult if you are just focusing on this trophy alone. Just make sure to upgrade your weapons and armor that you wish to use as that will of course help with traversing the dungeons. Work your way through the dungeons as quickly as possible. You should be prepared for this if you are saving this trophy for your second run, as you will know what to expect from the enemies and bosses. You should have no issues beating the game under 10 hours.
The time you spend completing the game is indicated in the save, you can simply check it from time to time. I managed to beat the game a second time in just 4 hours.
I recommend doing both of these trophies on your second playthrough on NORMAL difficulty:
Firstly, this will allow you to calmly accumulate gold and develop during the first playthrough, concentrating on “ideal” kills. Secondly, you will still need to kill 10,000 enemies, which you won’t be able to do even in 2 full playthroughs.
The trophy is practically story-driven - the game is quite easy to complete in 10 hours, even combined with perfect kills, even at a HIGH level, but you will still still have the WINNER trophy, and the bosses, alas, do not appear after completion.
There is no need to trade in the store during speedruns; as you loot loot, immediately sell it in your inventory.
