This achievement actually will probably happen while you play normally. Just depends on how you are at guessing prices. If you want it as quick as possible though. Never do this with the really expensive items. Just use some basic items that you get from the dungeons that already sell cheap. Get 40 total of these and put them at one gold each.

You can get this achievement quickly by putting items up for sale at one coin. Don't use something worth too much, just some jellies or sticks from the first dungeon would be fine. Check the Road Map for the face you're looking for on the customer.

To know if you are selling an item for the cheap, you will see your customers have the coins in their eyes when they pick up an item to buy it. You will likely get this without trying, just by figuring out what to price new items you get. If not, just simply sell items that aren't worth much for a gold a piece.
