How to unlock the Special Place achievement in Moonlighter - Definitive Guide

While the achievement is currently glitched and can be obtained with the 'Rage against the desert' by killing 1000 desert enemies, you can also obtain it quite quickly in the first dungeon.

When going through the dungeons you'll always find a Crazy Pete's resting room in each floor where you can read a note, if you go to the top right corner of this room you'll notice what looks to be a wet spot and if get closer to it it will pop the achievement.

This trophy popped for me today. All you need to do is find any of the Crazy Pete Journal rooms in any dungeon; there are the ones with the book on the altar and a large tent.

Moving into one of the four corners of the room will make the trophy unlock. Crazy Pete and his corner bathroom :)

While exploring the dungeons, you may find Crazy Pete's rest room on every floor, where you can read a note. There is an awful wet dirty place in the top-right corner, just enter it and you will get the achievement.

This has a chance to unlock any time you find one of Crazy Pete's rooms in the dungeons. Most of these will look normal, but sometimes you'll notice in one of the corners there is a... wet spot. This is where Crazy Pete got impatient and did his business. Congrats on finding it!

In any of the dungeons, there is a room with a tent in it. This is Crazy Pete's place. You will need to go to the upper right corner and stay there for a few seconds. The picture below displays where you should stand, in the green boxed area.

"Special Place" is in the room where the tent is pitched and Crazy Pete's book is left. To find it, you just need to walk along the walls.
