from this point it's spoilers:
after you meet yarema in the earth bowls in the lajo's rest area(a corridor above it) you will need to throw is head into the klin and then meet him in the mould workshop and the achiement will pop
in case video doesnt work points on the way before this:
1) release him form a cell in the frontier
2) meet him next to the queen on the throne in the high castle
3) meet him in the depth after sweet wanda
