I can confirm I took 33 to her and got the Achievement.

It seems patched as of Oct.13th. I have 43 earrings and Adelinka won't except them. I went over the detailed map pretty thoroughly and I think I got all the earrings on that map, so unless there's a super secret earring somewhere I'm stuck 🤷‍♂️

There is IS a super secret earring!! It's in the Depths, left from the Forsaken Valley Mirror, drop down, go left from the spike wall a little bit and you should be able to drop down into a hidden area with an earring!! It's the only one missing from the detailed map given in the guide, so yes there are a total of 44 for the final item from Adelinka

LydianMaster, Sorry you just missed out of getting by with only 33. I was lucky enough finding earrings along the way that I needed to stop and hunt for just one to reach 33 and complete the quest. I would have gone crazy searching for the final, unmarked earring. Good find!

Is this unobtainable after the penultimate boss fight? That is, the fight just after the game warns you of a point of no return? I still have full exploration ability, but there seems to be no way to trigger the moonhunger state.

-she definitely requires 44 for the last step
-the googledrive map does list all 77 earrings now

I'm missing one and not the one in the depths. Looks like I have to comb through the whole map again.

How do I find Adelinka and give them the earrings after finishing the game? I'm at the workshop just before meeting the very last boss, and I have no previous saves.

So i was at a point where i had 43 earrings and the super secret one in the depths. I was still missing one and couldnt find it so i searched the world with the help of the map posted here. At first i thought it was a bug, but the missing earring was actually number 68 in the map. It was a little blacked out area top left in the Apex Area so the map didnt show the earring. You have to do a super dash jump to get there. So no bug, i got all 44 earrings and the achievement :) If you are in the same position as me and got the one in the depth you might search for the 68th one in the map

finding Adelinka's corpse does prevent unlocking this acheivement. (spoiler-- it's not her)

The best detailed map I've found only has 76 listed when you need 77 that includes the above hidden area. Found a comment that Adelinka gives you the final one though that didn't happen for me. She also didn't accept 43. People are still unlocking it so still obtainable but perhaps glitchy.

ALERT: MISSABLE ACHIEVEMENT

When first exploring Earth Bowels, on the way to the fourth boss (Cruel Lajos), you'll notice that Adelinka will be missing from the Mould Workshop. At The Nursery, Karina says her sister is in great danger.

If you progress through the northeast of Earth Bowels, on the way to the Holy Silence mirror, you'll find Adelinka's corpse on the ground. I'm not sure, but I think her death voids the earrings mission.

Avoid this by progressing Earth Bowels through the southeast and killing Cruel Lajos (twice) first. There will be no corpse on the ground, Adelinka will find her way back to the Mould Workshop, and everything will be fine.
