Immediately after you kill a foe, if the unit that got the kill is unengaged, you can move it forward just a little to interact with the fallen body. Usually, you can just barely do this with out spending a movement point. Choose to loot the body, and move an item from the enemy to your inventory. If your inventory is full, swap an item, exit, then choose to loot again and swap back to earn credit towards this achievement.
