i did a mistake like 100m before the end. is this possible like the collectables over different sections? like getting killed the parts before but the part i was missing with no death?

I’m curious about this as well. Does it need to be done in one full run?

The collectibles carries over to the subsequent playtrhoughs. No need to do it all in one playthrough.

To be honest, I always quitted before respawning, so I can't answer with a 100% certainty. But I believe the game autosaves as soon as you reappear, voiding the achievement.

Please put a warning on there about the fact that there is no death scene in the final level. If your game pauses slightly, you need to pause, quit and hit continue.

I respawned, instantly crashed the game and some how lucked out and got the achievement but hot damn put a warning man

would like to add that when you die you can die multi times load up as long as you don't advance to next checkpoint you can quit and continue the timer helps to show this which makes it easier for time achievement

@Cuddle Bunny Just beat the sewer level after dying a number of times and got the achievement for beating it without dying by quitting to the menu and Continuing each time I died.

Its odd, I beat the game, got all the achievements for beating the levels without dying but didn't get this one. Guess I unfortunately have to play through again...

Same thing happened to me.

I found this achievement pretty forgiving, the game respawned me before I could quit a couple times during the tentacle section at the end. But I still paused and quit then and reloaded and it still popped.

We are asking if the no death run has to be all in one run. The collectibles comment was an example of how you can get them through various different runs.

When you die in the last level there is no death scene. If your light runs out while going through w/e it is that drains your light it just pauses slightly and instantly respawns you. I dunno if it is something to do with the load time on that level, which is nil compared to others, but it is worth noting. If your screen pauses (because it is always moving up) then you should pause the game and reload like any other death.

I respawned and still managed the achievement. I didn't touch the near by save. I was on the last level where you are 2 tentacles.
