How to unlock the The Mighty Have Fallen achievement in Mortal Kombat 1 - Definitive Guide
For the people who are looking for a quick and painless way to get this achievement:
Step 1: Spec Reptile to 53 Health, 169 Attack.
Step 2: Uppercut to death for every phase.
This strategy is for Baraka (First titan).
Reptile is a really good choice against him simply because poison deals more damage to physical.
You could also spec all points to Attack to kill him quicker, but i chose to put some towards health to have some survivability. Your choice.
No need for Talismans & Konsumables. Enjoy.
The Titan fight can found in the Mesa select screen on the bottom left, Pyramid. It seems to only show during the last week of a Season. This may very well change every season and show at different times.
If you need to Respec your points, head to the Wu Shi Academy on the Mesa select screen . Proceed to the shop, purchase & consume the White Enenra Core to reallocate your points.
Here is also a second solution with video provided by Maka91, if you’re looking for another option:
“A second option, If you have balanced stats is to grab the War Horn talisman by doing the Pyramid's survive event. Activate it during Phase 2 to stun lock Baraka”. - Maka91

Seeing as some have had the Titan Battle appear due to either a glitch or accidental release of the Titan Battle, I felt it would be of use to write a short guide to the fight.
Titan Baraka
1. This battle will appear as a new area in the invasions mesa screen at the bottom left called "Pyramid"
2. Once entering the Pyramid mesa, you will have only three directions to go. Left is a survival section (Note: This will be a part of the actual Titan Battle as well), a forge shop, and right will be the actual battle itself.
3. Before entering the battle, expect a long battle with many phases and modifiers that will be working fully against you. I recommend having an armor talisman, as well as the perfect block item, and a good amount of points put into health.
4. Phase 1 will be a standard battle between you and a standard Baraka. Nothing crazy happens at this point, so burn him down.
5. Phase 2 is where it becomes more difficult. Baraka will increase in size immensely, both making him an easier target and making his abilities easier to dodge, but he on the other hand will hit like a truck. Block as much as possible when he attacks and try to get hits in where possible.
6. Phase 3 is much the same, but he now has an acid aura that will cause DOTs. Same strategy as the second phase.
7. Phase 4 will push him back down to normal size, but he will jump out the first part of the round to hail you with spears and mini-Barakas like the survival section. If you can make it through the wave, he is an easy target. Hit him a couple of times, and congratulations, the battle is won.
8. Completing this fight will net you the Baraka Order of Darkness palette!
Overall the fight is not difficult if you prepare.
Now go kick some Tarkatan butt.

Interesting
Will this fight be any trouble if you have a level 30 character and high attack stats?

To SCHWARTZ: I would say that as long as you have the block item, you should probably be fine. The biggest issue that i had faced was a lot of chip damage.
To jahuq: At this time it is not officially released, but some are finding it on their invasions mesa list. Its super random atm.

not to take away from the other solitons by any means, just some updated information.
it seems that in "invasions" a limited time "mesa" spawns in the bottom left side of the screen called "pyramid". to my knowledge there is no way of knowing when this will happen in any given season.
It seems the titans scale with your level so they will always match your level. (first time I seen them I was level 15 and so where they, now I'm level 30 and wouldn't you know it, so are they).
In seasons one and two the pyramid only showed up once each, but I believe this is the second time in season three it has appeared(?)
the "titans" in question seem to change. "Ashrah (fallen angel)" on the right and "General Shao(the konqueror)" on the left".
*CHEESE FOR Ashrah (fallen angel) and General Shao (the konqueror)*
For Ashrah, I used "Kitana" and spammed "fan toss " she does have 5 phases so watch out for that. on the 4th phase she moves really slow so try and stay as far away from her as you can.
For General Shao, I used "Kenshi" and spammed "demon drop " and "demon drop (close) but hold the"
*Ashrah method was far easier
**both clears where with level 30 AUTO ASSIGNED stats

**NOT YET OBTAINABLE**
Titan battles have, apparently, not been added to Mortal Kombat 1 yet. They are going to be added, and this achievement will be unlockable once they are, but for now the 100% is only theoretically within your reach.

The first titan will be added on October 27th, it will be Baraka. The location will be a separate pyramid. The battle with titan will last only 5 days

Easily killed by a level 30 reptile (stats scattered to 50 in HP and the rest in attack). Just in case, I bought a bottle to double all stats for the next battle in the central mesa.

A new location in the form of a pyramid has appeared on the map during the invasion, there will still be 4 days, that’s where the titan is located
