This will come through natural progression of the game, however story mode does not count towards this! it unlocked for me roughly around my 76th fight in the game. Not too difficult just keep playing the game until you unlock.

I can confirm you do not, invasions count though

This one is like a more extreme version of Titan (15G), in that it will take many more fights to unlock. Unfortunately for all you speedsters, Story mode doesn’t count for unlocking this achievement. So busy yourself with Invasions or classic matches. It will likely unlock after fifty or so fights.
