This can be done on the main menu under learn then fatalities you can choose to have unlimited time to do the fatalities as well just make sure to do it with 20 different characters

Also thought I’d add that Kameo fatalities count towards the total, so I’d go for the Annihilation Achievement then this achievement.

This can be done pretty much anywhere in the game, Fatality tutorial, online, towers, local. Anything goes.
By the way, Kameo Fatalities count too

You can easily get this in Fatality Practice Mode from the Main Menu. Once you’ve chosen your fighter and Kameo, you can enter the corresponding combo in the area shown and you’ll perform the Fatality. There is also a secondary Fatality that you can unlock in Invasion mode. However, if you know the button combo, you can perform it without unlocking it first.

You can use just the main fighters, but you can also use the Kameo Fatalities to count towards the trophy. If you have completed the story, you should have 10 Kameo Fighters available which will nab you the Annihilation trophy as well.

You can unlock this achievement naturally, just by playing a string of matches and capping off your victories by performing a fatality. Or, in the interests of pure speed, you can head into the tutorial section, on the main menu, and select the option to learn Fatalities. Here you can play around – with an unlimited timer, if you wish – and experiment with lots of characters’ Fatalities. Perform twenty of them, and this achievement will unlock.
