You'll need to play through quite a bit of invasion mode to unlock this. I did find a slightly quicker way to unlock this though. After you finish the tutorial, invasion level wu shi academy opens up.
If you go to the top right of the map you can buy an invasion level skip. It costs 4000 krowns. You can only buy one at a time but every hour or two it seems to be available again. You can also buy invasion xp.
I strongly recommend not using the level skip until you've completed a level since it will just get you to the next one not give you any extra progress. For example if you're half way to the next level it will only give you the half. Not move you to half way through the next tier. Being over leveled also makes the fights go by much quicker. Good luck!

Just thought I would note my experience with the vendor in Wi Shi Academy. I purchased all three “XP” items Dragon Bone, Dragon Horn, and Dragon Eye from the vendor there which grant 50XP, 100XP, and one level up respectively. Now, I’m not sure if the following is a bug but I presume that it is because random Test Your Might encounters grant 30XP which seems to be about 1/8th of a level (depending on level of course). I used the Dragon Horn (100 invasion XP) item and it brought me from 14 all the way to 20 immediately. Got on this morning and the shop had refreshed so I bought another one and it took me from 23 all the way to 28.
In summary, I presume there is a bug with the XP items sold by the vendor in Wu Shi Academy. I bought all three items twice and went from 14 to 30 with very little xp gained between the first three item uses and the subsequent refresh of the shop and use of the second batch of items. The Dragon Bone gave me 1.5 levels twice and the Dragon Horn gave me 5-6 levels twice. I used the items immediately after purchasing and while still in Wu Shi Academy (not sure if that makes a difference or if this is even bug or it’s just a unique situation in my case).

I found that the shop vendor in the Wu Shi Academy Mesa resets his inventory every couple hours. You can buy 50 or 100 Invasion XP and Level Skips for 2K, 3K and 4K coins.
Alternatively, and although not super quickly cause you’ll have to work your way there, you can wait until you reach the later islands and farm the Test Your Might encounters. They provide 1/6th of a level at a time on the mid to late islands. These are super easy and can help maxing your level.
I found this at Invasion Level 10 and it took just 40 minutes to double my level. Each successful TYM gives 30XP for me. I put on the “Not Junk” relic for +15% XP Gain, not sure if this is invasion or account XP but try it if you have it, it’s the basic relic you get in the Cage Mansion tutorial space.
FYI: The maximum Invasions level is 30, may as well get there with a mixture of both methods above and have an easy time!

@xTacSquatch, no you’re right, because I done this to get from Level 22 to Level 29 with the 200 Invasions XP consumable as well. But I don’t know what triggers it. Either way, the tricks seems to be a combination of doing both to get there fast so I recommend that!

You don’t really need to worry about this one. If you play the Invasion mode, which you will need to do for Vanquished (30G), then you will unlock this achievement without really trying. If you play the mode for around five or so hours, you will naturally hoover up enough XP to reach Level 20. If you want to speed the process up, then you can buy items from shops that will boost your XP, and you can also wear the “Not Junk” Relic, which grants you a +15% XP boost. You unlock that Relic in the tutorial in Cage's mansion.
