Simply switch out your kameo partner for 10 different fights, this can be done on any mode. I think there are 10 unlocked upon opening the game.

All you need to do to unlock this achievement is switch your Kameo fighter in ten different matches. You can do this in any of the modes, so it won’t take you on to unlock this one. Go for ten online matches or ten matches against the computer. Easy!
