Note: You'll need towers of time unlocked by completing the tutorial towers

To get this you need to wait in the towers of time until one appears that will just be a single tower. It will be a single fight against a boss (unless they change things up that still takes 3 players).

It will tell you on the tower when selecting into it that you can invite/search for people.

It's random so it could either be a Group Battle (3 players) or tag-team which will not earn this achievement because it's 2 players only. If there is any other types that show up please comment.

Now as far as I know I think it only resets on a certain tower slightly to the left that's got a 3 day limit on or something. Unfortunately I missed it since I couldn't work it out before so thought I'd mention.

Correct me if I'm wrong and if anyone spots this on another tower.

Like previous towers in that spot, it will be up for 72 hours before rotating out. Currently 64 hours left for those that still need it. Achievement pops at the start of the match, so you don't even have to win.

@N1NJ4 Yup, I have completed like around 70 towers of time already. I remember the randomness of the invasion in MKX but at least there was some notification it was on . Can you tell me more or less how often the towers that allow group battles appear? (More or less).

I did respect achievement recently, and i want to tell maybe you can't play with pc players the towers game mode and KOTH (the last one confirmed by me bcs its says cannot be played between generations) so if you are playing on pc probably can't match with console players, just Kasual Versus, probably can't match with console players in towers too

You didn't get the achievement because the Skarlet tower doesn't count. It's a 2 person tag tower. For it to count, a tower has to have 3 players. The achievement description clearly states that. It seems it only comes up in the 3rd tower from the left that rotates every 72 hours. So far there has been only 2 of these towers. Those that still need this need to wait for the 72 hour period to end for the Skarlet tower to rotate out and then hope a 3 player group battle comes up. Simply keep checking back every 72 hours to see if one comes up. Sucks for those that need it yet, that it apparently doesn't seem to come around very much. At least when it finally comes around, you should have a full 72 hours to do it.

Unfortunately not @Pogo3D - And that sucks, it sounds like it could be a similar case with MKX when you have to land 1000 hits on a boss fight but waiting for that event to rotate is random. So could be that you've just been unlucky. I'm guessing you've completed the tutorial towers?

I can´t join any match in group battle or King of the Hill.
Same problem in Samurai Shodown can´t join any online match and i have Game pass Ultimate.

I have XBOX Gamepass ULTIMATE
And i played a few online deatmatches in Doom Eternal.

You do not need to win. As long as it’s a 3 player tower and you do in fact have 3 players when the match loads up, you’ll get your achievement.

In this video guide I will show you how to play a group battle with two other players. First you will need to complete the tutorial towers. Then go into the towers of time, look at the top left, and one down to find the boss tower. It will be a timed event only available from time to time. Once you select it to start looking for other players it should say group battle, Then you know you have the right tower. Otherwise it might just a regular tag-team match and that won't count. Once you find two other payers and the game loads up the achievement will pop.

Wanted to drop a line here since noone has mentioned this.

KROSS-GENERATION or KROSSPLAY is not supported outside of KASUAL ONLINE.

This means that for a lobby of three to form in Towers of Time, they have to be all on same generation and console.

Today we were unable to start a Group Battle because I was on Series X and the other gamer was on Xbox One S.

You get an error "This game mode does not support Cross-Generation"

In order to unlock this trophy, you will need to join a group battle in a ko-op tower with two more players when fighting against powerful opponents. These towers can be found in the Towers of Time and they rotate every day with three different opponents you'll be able to fight against with other players online.

@Ccln_2: with the current version 1.28 you actually have to win it. Just playing the match doesn't work no more.

Edit: It did not unlock when I actual had to fight but on the next group match when I support my team members with boosts and watch them fight. This one is weird!
