How to unlock the Total Disrespect achievement in Mortal Kombat 11 - Definitive Guide

To get this you must equip the "Mother Bug" ability for D'Vorah. Go to Kustomize, then characters, click on D'Vorah, then onto any variation, and hit cn_RB to get to the Abilities tab. Uncheck anything that is ticked, then equip Mother Bug.

Now go into a local versus, set it to Very Easy, and after selecting D'Vorah ensure you have selected the variation with the ability on. Now whittle down your opponent until they have low health, then let them beat you up. When your health gets to critical levels you will suddenly take control of a bug. As the bug, hit your opponent to take him out. After switching back to D'Vorah finish your opponent to unlock this.

Does the opponents health have to be that low? Or can it be a little higher.

The opponent's health does not matter, but the bug does so little damage and the opponent only has to hit you once, so the lower you get the opponent the easier it is to finish them off.

Yea it can be done with two controller. Have to put second controller on cause my CPU keep doing her X-ray ability and it wouldn’t switch over to the bug

@AcaelusT THANK YOU!! It wasn’t working for me today and I came here and saw your update. Fixed the issue in the menu per your recommendation and it worked like a charm. Also didn’t know about “Final Round”, so you truly saved me from some aggravation. Thanks again!!

I am not sure if this solution has been patched or the conditions changed. But 4 attempts so far have failed for me. The description itself on the variation says Final Round... Right off the bat doesn't seem to be mentioned in the guide. Still looking into this tho.

Update:
Alright, I just got it. Confirmed it must be the final round. By default rounds are set to 2, so that is relevant for anybody that didn't change it to 1 like in the video.
The true issue for me though was that in the main menu, If you hit Start button to enter settings, in the tournament tab i had the "Kustom Abilities" item turned OFF. This nullified the mother bug variation. I recommend adding this to the solution Yhannos

Go to Kustomize and select D'Vorah. Scroll to 'Abilities' and equip the 'Mother Bug' ability (remove any other abilities as well).

Now go to Fight and then Local. In the options (press Select) set number of rounds to 1 and when selecting opponent set AI difficulty to 'Very Easy' (can also use a second controller if available).

Hit the enemy until their health bar is near drained at which point allow them to wear your health down to RED to cause a giant bug to spawn from your body.

Defeat the opponent in this form to unlock the achievement.

2 notes to add to YHANNOS almost perfect guide:

  1. By default rounds are set to 2, so that is relevant for anybody that didn't change it to 1 like in the video. This resurrection move will only trigger in the FINAL ROUND.
  2. In the main title menu, hit Start button to enter settings and in the tournament tab i had the "Kustom Abilities" item turned OFF. This nullified the mother bug variation. Make sure you turn this option ON to do this achivement

First, you must go to Kustomize/Abilities and equip D'Vorah with the Mother Bug ability. Then, in any mode and in the final round, get your opponent's health low and then let them beat you up until a flying bug pops out of D'Vorah. With this bug, you must defeat your opponent who is at low health. After doing so, it will say "Finish Him/Her!!" as usual and the bug will return to D'Vorah and she will stand back up allowing you to finish your opponent. The achievement will then unlock. You do not need to perform a finisher. This is easily achieved with two controllers in Local Versus or versus the CPU in Local Versus on Very Easy difficulty. Here is a video in case there is any confusion:

In order to unlock this trophy, you will need to complete a match in its final round using D'Vorah's Mother Bug transformation, also known as Bug-Vorah.

To equip this ability, you will need to go to Kustomize, then select Characters. When you are there, select D'Vorah and you can choose to either modify an existing variation or create an entirely new one. In this case, it is best to make a new variation. Whichever name and icon you choose to stick with does not matter, because you can modify that later.

Once you have created your new variation, you will need to press twice to get to the abilities window. You should take into account that the Mother Bug ability requires two slots to use so you will need to unequip any two abilities you don't need to make room for it, and once you have done that, head down to the bottom of the abilities window, where Mother Bug will be the last ability available for her to equip. As seen in the screenshot:

Once it is equipped, exit out of the Kustomize menu and go on to Local versus. You can do this with either the CPU set to very easy or with a second controller but the best recommendation for this is the latter. When you select D'Vorah, be sure to select the variation you have created with Mother Bug equipped.

When the match starts, you should have D'Vorah win the first round and the second controller win the second. By the time you reach the final round, you will need to let D'Vorah drain her opponent's health to where they're almost defeated but do not do any more attacks to them when they are near death. Afterwards, you will need to have the second controller attack her until the screen enters a sequence where D'Vorah will resurrect as a fly.

When you're in this phase, you can move around freely with the or and press any of the four main attack buttons to deal the last hit to your opponent as Bug-Vorah but keep in mind that you will not have the trophy unlocked until the match is over. If you have the number of rounds set to 1, you can do what you'll need to do in the final round.

You need to set a special move in the character settings - Queen of Beetles.
In the Final Round, before D'Vorah's death, the Beetle appears and they need to defeat the enemy.

no need to die, you need to let yourself be finished off to 30% when you can hold L2+R2 and a beetle appears

You need to remove other abilities from Divora's abilities and leave only the one you need

We need to let Divora die, then a beetle crawls out of her, we finish off the enemy with any attack or several, for whom we prudently knocked down almost all the lives and voila.

It’s easiest to arrange a local battle with a bot on a very easy difficulty level, but it will take a long time to beat you up, so it’s better to have a higher level so that the bot can beat you quickly and so that they don’t kill you by turning into a beetle. Also, in the final round, I advise you to leave a minimum of HP for the bot so that, being a beetle, you can complete the trophy with one blow.

I set the ability and KILLED Di'Vorah, and only then did a beetle jump out of it, with which I finished off the player and received a trophy.
D'Vorah, like Jason in MK X, is resurrected through a beetle. I did it with a second gamepad.
L2+R2 executes fatal blow!
