So someone had mentioned the 250 tower method which also unlocks the 125 tower achievement to do this all you have to do

Konquer 》 Klassic tower 》endless tower
Pick any character you want , once you get in a match , press start and pick finish tower rinse and repeat

The easiest way to do this is to let the AI battle for you. You could always select the novice tower and play 125 times (625 total battles) or you can select your character and hit to turn on AI mode and just randomly hit everytime the battle ends to start the next fight while watching a movie or doing something else. This will be a grind but if you are doing other things at the same time it came by quicker than I expected. Both klassic towers and the time trial towers count towards this. Some of the towers in time trials are actually a single battle long. Others are up to 8 fights so bouncing back and forth might make this slightly quicker.

Quick tip for those on Original Xbox One or Xbox with slower loading times who are using the previous guides.
Use Cloud Streaming, it's a lot faster for those who just want to smash through this, took my around maybe around an hour when quitting straight out of Endless Tower. I was using my laptop whilst watching TV so felt a lot less grindy, haha.

If you've just started, you could combine the 25 Fatalities on 1 character amongst others.
