You had several options for this achievement.
You get it eventually by playing either Campaing, Towers, Online/local Matches or agains AI.
The quick (and maybe the easiest one) method for this achievement is to play 1 vs. 1 with a dummy controller, so you can boost your flawless victory progress. something like the practice room but without the infinite life. and at the end you had the chance for Fatalities, and if you had some Easy fatality it will be more quick your XP progress.
you will also be able to win these achievements during the process:

(Mileena has an easy brutality)
And to get more exp you can modify your Kombat Kard for extra bonuses.
The All the Pieces achievement in Mortal Kombat X worth 14 pointsEquip a Background, Icon and Border set

Metabolic, XBA
Personal Level XP (PLXP) is different from the FXP we have been earning to level up the factions. Everything you do in the game will earn you PLXP. It takes 22,000 PLXP to reach level 10. This should unlock through natural progression while you work on the other achievements.

For this trophy you just need to play the game normally until you reach level 10 which requires around 22,000 XP Points. Won’t take too much to reach it. Please refer to Elder God trophy for more information.
