For this Achievement you need to complete All of the Test Your Sight mini-games in the Challenge Tower. They are the following challenges: 12, 42, 72, 102, 132, 162, 192, 222, 246 & 270. It's a game of follow the ball under any number of chalice / skulls, it's rather easy and if you mess-up just hit start and Retry.

You will acquire all the Test Your Sight challenges when you complete them in the Challenge Tower.
There are 10 in total. You should get this after completing Challenge #270 in the Tower.

For these 3 trophies I will recommend you play the Tower missions because you need to unlock the mini-games challenges here. Just keep playing the challenges and you will unlock them eventually. Once you start to reach the highest levels the mini-games becomes harder but doable. I used an AA battery to push the buttons faster.

This requires you to complete all of the Test Your Sight challenges in the Challenge Tower (Challenges #12, #42, #72, #102, #132, #162, #192, #222, #246 and #270.) This is a minigame where you have to identify which cup has the coin underneath it after they are shuffled. Just focus on the item that covers the coin and you should be able to clear these easily. The latter ones will have the objects moving at a pretty fast rate, so keep a sharp eye.
