Mortal Kombat

A very easy achievement. Put it on beginner,one round (thanks ninja) and choose Noob Saibot. He is just way too good and a very easy character to use. All you have to do is ( down,forward a ) which sends your shadow running and will tackle your opponent and then press ( down, up ) and you will teleport to your opponent and slam him into the ground. I pretty much just used those two combined with my x-ray and i won every match with ease. You can even throw in ( down, right, x ) and shoot your little electrical ball at your enemy just to mix things up a bit. All you have to remember is to never block an attack. Feel free to use RT (block) for moves/fatalities but dont actually block an attack.

if you do die just hit continue and try again.

you will also unlock another achievement for beating the ladder if you havent done that already.



i cannot confirm it but i assume you can also get the tag team one as well if you never block.

For anyone who may be wondering, I played through and used block to do some stage fatalities and I still got the achievement. I know that's a minor detail, but still potentially useful! - Cyprus Church

Just to update on this achievement I have just got it and even though I blocked one of Shao Khan's spears I hit the player selection screen and restarted from there and still got the achievement.

So don't go getting angry and raging back to menu just hit player select and try again.

This was a pretty easy achievement, so it shouldn't be much trouble, all you have to do is beat the arcade mode without blocking an incoming attack. If you really cannot seem to do this no matter how hard you try, i suggest using Sheeva and spamming her up-down move, and just do that over and over, go to the gameplay settings and change the rounds to 30 seconds and 1 round to win, if you accidently block, simply go to character select, and you'll start off where you left off. in addition to this i recomend doing the secret achievement for performing a babality.
after K.O.ing them without blocking, instead of doing a normal fatality put in (down, down, down, back, B) from a jumping distance, and if you haven't blocked, and are the right distance away, you will do that in addition.
