How to unlock the Bring the Glands Back to Me achievement in Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide

This is so simple that it doesn't really need a guide.
Pick one of the three dungeon areas on the outskirts of Fallgrim:
Shrine of Ash
Seat of Infinity
Crypt of Martyrs
Head in and defeat the Boss at the end.
Shrine of Ash is the shortest, ( and rewards you with the explosive Parry worm) with Seat of Infinity being the longest (and rewards you with the time stop parry).
Once you defeat the boss, remove the nearby gland and watch the world become fogged.
Run or fight your way back to the Old Prisoner to turn in the gland.
It is a good idea to take this time to collect all the items from the Frog/Fog/Fish chests scattered around Fallgrim before turning in the gland.
FightinCowboy on youtube has a good playthrough series, and one video dedicated to collecting all the fish chest items.
After completing the Frog/Fog/Fish chest run, or just running straight there and turning in the Gland you will be rewarded with your new optional parry ability as well as the world will return to normal with no more Nocteserpers roaming the area.
