If you're like me and either completely missed it or got intimidated by the glowing red aura and heartbeat before taking the other route only to die a bunch and rethink your life decisions, then never fear because this guide is here! After getting swallowed by the big fish thing in the opening area, you'll wake up in a new swamp area. If you walk ahead, you'll notice two paths. The left one has the scary red aura and heartbeat while the right one has death looming around every corner. If you take the left one, you'll find a shell and the feeling you were supposed to come this way first.

After defeating Hadern in tutorial, return to swamp area. The first split paths is where the first shell (corps armor) is where its at. It's on the left path. Pick it up through interaction (that would be keyboard button 'E') Wait about 20 to 30 seconds and pop goes the achievement.
