How to unlock the Purrfect achievement in Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide

This is a very east achievement. You can get this in the Fallgrim Tower which is the hub area for the game. Its the same place where you learn the parry move. You just want to climb the tower up to the merchant named Vlas and his cat will be right next to him. Go and press A on the cat.
