when attempting to put the winans machine gun together there will be a puzzle to complete and Lou will tell you about the Ls. don’t complete the puzzle. simply choose to test the incomplete mechanism in the machine gun. it won’t work and Lou will offer up some wisdom. choose the option to listen to him and he will tell you more about the riddle he mentioned. the achievement will pop after this.
