After using the binoculars, you will be asked to draw what you just saw. You can make a save just before this, and also unlock here too.
When asked to draw select YES and choose the following options:
DRAW THE HEAD > LITTLE OWL HEAD
DRAW THE BODY > HUMAN CHEST WITH HUGE WINGS
DRAW THE LEGS > WEIRD BIRD-LIKE LEGS
then
HAND THE NOTEPAD BACK TO LOU
When asked to draw select YES and choose the following options:
