So I can't give much advice about getting down to 15 other than pay attention to how many reds and blacks you've gotten rid of and are on the board. Also, make sure to clear as many cards in a run and pick cards that open up more options.
However, the big piece of advice I will give for this "guide" is that once you beat the main game, you will open this solitaire game in the main menu. You can just do it from there, so you don't have to feel pressured to keep playing while trying to beat the game.

Took about 15 minutes but all luck based and paying attention to the cards discarded

Pretty though but with some struggle it can be possible.
