The easiest and earliest opportunity you'll have to grab this is on the level 'Summer Skyline'. There's around eighteen rings here and you'll only need ten to unlock this achievement.
If you manage ten the achievement will unlock mid-game meaning you need not worry about landing at the end.
Just be sure to pass through the inner circle with your riders body for a 'Perfect' clearance. Don't worry about getting them all as you could jeopardise your run. Concentrate on those which are comfortable.
