To unlock this achievement you will need to be perfecting your run on each challenge. Your surest route to victory is to complete the course hitting as many targets with a Perfect pass as possible.
To do this, notice each ring has a much smaller inner ring. You will need to guide the torso of your hang glider through this ring for maximum points. You don't need to manage this for every single one, so don't panic about it too much. A hit rate of 50%+ is usually enough.
Your final challenge will provide you the biggest challenge as you hit a free roam section with no pre-set course. Practice this to get your best route down to pat taking advantage of the dozens of thermals scattered around the arena.
