Easy enough to do. Keep playing the sport of your choice which you're best at to consistently earn more Fame points and become more notable.

You don't have to play the harder levels. For example, this can be achieved by playing the first boxer time and again so long as the win is convincing and swift.

This will come in time but if you want this fast then the 2 player vs boxing is the way to go, as long as you can rope a friend in, it's about 90 mins from scratch, and really easy to do. Get them to hit you once whilst you parry at the start (this will give you bonus points) then get them to put their hands by their sides and knock them out fast. You will get 75 fame points per match and a platinum medal per match. Rinse and repeat.

You will also get 4 extra chieves whilst doing this, win a bout parrying all punches, win without being hit, land 85% of punches, and win in a minute.
