Pretty self explanitory. You have to throw ball so that is lands in 100 pt. rings four times during the three rounds that you're given.
I found it easiest to aim for either the far left or far right sides because those are the largest 100 pt. rings in the circle.
Also note that the postion of the foot you plant forward before the throw has a lot to do with how far you throw the ball. It seemed like the farther forward I stepped the deeper the ball went when I threw it.

I did this achievement in the 2nd soccer challenge... I think it is a lot easier there :)
