The description for this achievement is a little misleading. The round only counts as 'finished' if the time is allowed to expire, and the bell sound.

Winning by knocking your opponent out for a third time during the first round (easily done without even trying against The Amazonian Devil) will NOT unlock this achievement.


To unlock it, play The Amazonian Devil and simply box safe. Always keep your guard up, and after every few punches throw a straight right or left to replenish your guard ability, and then sit back once again. Even doing this you will probably throw him a punch which renders him unsteady on his feet prompting you to 'Finish Him'. Simply stand there and let him drop to his knees in his own time. This helps waste away the time until the end of the round.

You can do Marshall's solution if you do not have a friend to play with.

You can do this in versus boxing along with the parrying achievement and landing 85% of your blows achievement!

Just have a friend stand there for one round without getting punched and it will unlock! Minimal rage!
