Once you reach XP Skill Level 20, each successive level you make will unlock 1 Trick Jam skill, so you will unlock 5 Trick Jam skills (and this achievement) once you reach Skill Level 25.
The Trick Jam tracks are pretty good for racking up XP - especially the Egypt one. Just get your boost "on fire" and keep your multiplier up so you can pull off high-scoring "B" tricks to get the Gold medal and keep grabbing the Extra Time pick-ups (flaming hourglass) to extend your run and increase your score even more.
