what I did is went to coastline out on the beach past the bridge there is a spot if you turn sideways right before you hit the barrier it will drop you down under the map then shoot you back out as you can see in the video

First try i went ~8k feet straight up but landed back where i started.
Second time i went over 90k feet!

Got 3 achievements in one spot :D

Thumbs up bro I tried the other solution for about 15 20 mins even switched bikes for speed. I lol was done, kept getting 1700-1934 over and over.. your solution 1st try nice find.

Thumbs up for this, many attempts at the one in Egypt with no joy, first time with this one. Just a note the second it goes past 2k you can press skip, achievement will pop when you load back onto your bike.

Worked great. I tried this in Race mode since I had it unlocked, with no luck. In Exploration mode it worked first time.

worked perfectly on the first try. Did it a second time while performing some trick combos (x+up, x+left, etc) and it somehow also unlocked the Free Fall achievement. Cheers man!

At first, I couldn't find the right spot. Then I went 12k feet in the air straight up, which got me 400. Finally I got it as I heard the exploding sound about 10 times for 15k. Great solution.

5th April 2020 - Can confirm this method still works, I got to a peak of 38000ft before it started going back down and then when I was back on my bike the achievement popped. Thanks!

This can easily be done in exploration on Egypt. You will need a fast bike that goes at least around 130mph such as an upgraded Raptor or Lynx. Make your way to the bottom left corner of the minimap, and drive straight through the corner in the no-zone area until you smash yourself into the barrier, which will send your avatar flying thousands of feet in the opposite direction. If you go fast enough and hit the corner perfectly, you should just about hit 2050+feet. This may take a couple of attempts, the faster you hit the barrier, the further you will fly.
