To get this achievement you need to earn a gold medal on the three new Trick Jam events from the Trick Jam DLC. To access the tracks press RB at the career menu.

The Trick Jam events are like the Trick Session events from the base game. You have a period of to earn as many points as possible from performing tricks. You earn more points from stringing together combinations of tricks and getting your combo meter higher.

If you aren't concerned about having time stamps on your achievements, then I recommend doing these events offline. When I was connected to LIVE to win an event I needed to get about 150,000-160,000 points, there was always one AI whos' points would skyrocket near the end. However while playing offline I only need to earn about 60,000 points to get a gold medal.

You don't have to do it offline, if you restart the race the AI score crazy scores of around 150k+, but if you start the event and win on your first attempt, the AI in second should only have around 40-50k. If you fail to come in 1st then just go to the main menu and start the event again, just don't restart directly after finishing the event.

While online the AI went crazy for me regardless of whether it was the first time that I was trying the event or if I restarted.

HeroicBlanket I think by coincidence what you were actually seeing is what Barad XBA described.

I saw the following behaviour, whether I was offline or online: If you restart one of those Trick Jam races, the other competitors in the race seem to retain their multipliers. The reason I feel this is true is because when I start a race, normally I can pull off a good trick and get between 1000 and 4000 points and get in the lead. However, if for any reason I restarted the race, I'll see competitors get between 10000 and 40000 points on the first jump.

It's absurd. It becomes impossible to win like that. So (correct me if I'm wrong), you may have been seeing that behaviour while online Heroic Blanket, and then you went offline and won on your first try, not bothering to hit restart, and so you didn't reproduce the issue while offline.

Anyways, this DLC is shenanigans when you restart. Absolute bollocks. But like Barad XBA said, as long as you quit to the main menu and then start the level from scratch, you are fine. Only problem is the load times are SOOOO long. But the main menu music is really catchy.

I noticed countless times the ai was bad then after 5th jump was out ahead kept on racing won by a landslide next race was butter after 2nd restart 3rd race won first try, its like the developers want you to do sooo many races too feel a challenge. before letting you win.

You need to earn a gold medal by coming in first place in all 3 Trick Jam events. Trick Jam is the same as Trick Session from the main game, just score as many points as possible within the time allocated. Pick up time bonuses and multipliers to help you. The 3 events are:

Egypt - Architects Ground

Australia - Cannon Bastion

Iceland - Industrial Meltdown

Note: There is a small issue with the AI in the Trick Jam events. If you're connected to LIVE while playing, and you fail to come in first place in these trick events and choose to restart, you will notice the AI start to score unprecedented scores of around 150k+, these types of scores can be tough to beat for some players therefore there is a solution.

You can either play offline if you don't care for a time stamp on your achievement as the AI does not show this problem when not connected to LIVE. Alternatively, while connected online and you don't win the event on your first attempt, you should quit to the main menu and start the event again. The AI will only score around 50-60k each time you start the event, restarting the trick events directly after it is finished will cause the AI to score overly high scores again.
