Go into Career and press back, then RB 3 times which will bring you to the tasks page. The easiest club task is the first one "Initation Time" which requires 2 members not including you in your club. So add 2 people with the game to your friends list and the achievement will unlock when the game has updated those gamertags in the Members page found under Bike Club menu.

Go into career, press the

3 times to reach the tasks page. The very first task called "Initiation Time" requires you to recruit 2 members. Basically have 2 friends with the game on your friends list and once the Members page updates in-game the achievement will unlock as this counts as a members task and is by far the easiest one.
