I found this easiest at Philip Island on the 250cc's doing a 10 lap race. Finished almost 40s ahead of second Riding as Mika Kallio.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but every time I have attempted this feat, I have been just about more than 30 seconds in front of second but each time I have seemed to lose roughly 3 seconds at the end of the race for some reason.
This may happen to just me, but a word of warning to all of you trying to win this achievement that you probably need to be about 33 seconds ahead to be sure.

Yeah i had a 50 second lead at the last split before i crossed the line but it was reduced to 40 seconds.

If you would like to do this in GP, do Indianapolis with 10 laps, be Rossi to help towards your "Complete 10 quick races with Rossi" cheive.
Turn 1 is awesome, your typical speedy corner where the AI just doesnt know what to do, the infield section can be done by simply coasting round after turns 5-6.
Aim for lap times of 1:30secs and you should win this no problem!
even easier would be a full 28 lap race, it is still good fun as the infield section is lovely and technical, you can get some good crossed-up wheelies coming out of there which looks dead sexy on replay slow mo!!
