Quick race at Brno on MotoGP class is a very good choice for this one, do it on easy and most of the corners you can do almost perfect in 3rd gear which makes it so much easier than having to learn the track 100%.

Also try Sachsenring! this is lovely! the infield section can be done all in 5th gear near the top speed... it takes you past everyone even on champion.
