How to unlock the Teddy Bear achievement in MotoGP 08 - Definitive Guide

First, you need to unlock the Grizzly Gas Kiefer Team by progressing through career mode.
To do this, as pointed out below, you need 244 points on easy, 199 points on medium, 160 points on hard and 128 points on champion. (Thanks and credit to ComesBrothers!!)
You then need to finish the career and start another season. Pick the 125cc class again and select the Grizzly Gas Kiefer Racing Team.
As soon as you select this team, the achievement will pop up. So even if you don't want to start another 125cc season, after you have picked the team just press the B button until you are back at the beginning.

It depends on which difficulty you play. I just found out that playin: on EASY you need 244 points in career; on MEDIUM you need 199 points in career; on HARD you need 160 points in career; on CHAMPION you need 128 points in career. you could add it in your guide :)
