This means it can’t be earned in the Multiplayer mode and therefore must be earned in the Grand Prix or Championship modes. Generally speaking, as long as the difficulty is set to ‘Easy’, winning each race will usually also entail setting the Fastest Lap. Because you are required to complete at least 18 races on your way to 100% completion, it’s very likely you will get this trophy without trying on the way there.
