This will come naturally as you should be doing wheelies fairly often anyway to get stunt points, and the longer the wheelie the better. However, if for some reason you need to try for this trophy, any constructors' challenge is the best place to do it. At the start line, hold the throttle down (

. You'll launch into a wheelie as soon as you can move and get a 100 meters wheelie with no problem.
