To unlock motorcycles you must complete Constructor Challenges, which must he unlocked with credits you earn from races.
When doing the constructor challenges only wheelies earn you Turbo, so do plenty of wheelies and this should be easy. If you beat the target time on the first lap you must still finish the race otherwise it will not count.

For the Constructor Challengers, the way you earn boost depends on the type of bike you are using. For Superbikes you need to get near misses with walls/obstacles etc, for roadsters you need to go over jumps and for custom bikes you need to do wheelies.

This will come naturally on the way to Short and sweet 
since you need to buy 9 bikes to unlock all the championships, plus you own 3 at the beginning anyway.
