This achievement is possible to unlock, however is incredibly tedious. Before following the provided steps I would like to preface that this took me roughly 3 weeks of grinding for a couple hours each day to get.
To speed the process up for killing 10,000 troops, please look for servers with increased troop limits and short intermission time between rounds as this will make a significant difference.
Additionally, this achievement is boostable. The best method I've found was getting one person to use footmen troops with pikes with no shields while I used horse archers to quickly close the gap and mow their troops down. If you had purchased Bannerlord II on Steam before it released on consoles, simply get your PC and Xbox / Windows account into the same lobby and follow what I just said.
TLDR;
1.) Go to multiplayer
2.) Search for "Play > Custom Server List"
3.) Look for the "Captain" game mode
4.) Try and find a server with quick intermission time (preferably 1-2 minutes) and double or triple unit count
