This is cumulative across your entire time with this game, and it will almost assuredly come naturally. Some levels even task you with destroying all windows for bonus objectives. However, like the first game, you'll likely be using windows to take shortcuts and throw items through to speed up your time. I personally unlocked this naturally around two thirds of the way through my completion. If you somehow get to the end, pretty much any level in Packmore is good to grind this out. Smash all windows around the house, then pause and restart the job and repeat. Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes to grind out, if you need to grind at all.
